Presshouse Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It lists what you may not do with Presshouse. It applies to you, the people you invite and anything you build or send with Presshouse.
Illegal, harmful or deceptive use
Don't use Presshouse to:
- break any law, or help anyone else break one;
- defraud, scam or deceive people, including fake reviews, fake endorsements, or impersonating a person, a business or a government body;
- harass, threaten, bully or stalk anyone, or promote violence or hatred against people for who they are;
- create or share sexual content involving minors, or any non-consensual intimate content;
- infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- collect or use people's personal information without the notice, consent or other legal basis the law requires.
Messages and calls
Don't use Presshouse to:
- send texts, emails or calls to people who did not agree to receive them, or keep messaging people who opted out;
- send messages that hide who they come from or mislead people about their purpose;
- buy, rent or scrape contact lists to message;
- make calls that claim an AI assistant is a person.
AI features
Don't use Presshouse's AI features to:
- make decisions about people's credit, employment, housing, insurance, education or legal rights without a qualified person reviewing them;
- produce content that impersonates a real person without their permission, or that is meant to mislead people about elections or public health;
- try to extract the instructions, prompts or configuration behind the AI, or get around its safety limits.
Security and the service itself
Don't:
- probe, scan or test the security of Presshouse without our written permission (we welcome reports at support@presshouse.app);
- access accounts, data or systems that aren't yours;
- upload viruses or malicious code;
- overload the service, get around usage limits or credits, or use automated means to create accounts;
- resell, sublicense or provide Presshouse to others as a service, unless we agreed in writing;
- copy or reverse engineer Presshouse, or use it to build a competing product.
Websites and apps you publish
Websites and apps made with Presshouse must follow this policy too. In particular they may not sell illegal goods or services, host malware or phishing, collect payment details outside a secure payment provider, or present false claims about products, health or money.
What happens if this policy is broken
We may remove content, pause features, or suspend or close an account that breaks this policy, and report illegal activity to the authorities. Where it is safe and reasonable we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
